Coach Eric
Hi! I’m Eric Harlston. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, who specializes in lifestyle change, MMA conditioning, and I have 5 years of experience with training others. 

About Me: I came into the world of fitness at the age of 14, through the sport of wrestling. When my mother passed away from heart failure, it pushed me to go “all in,” when I was 15. Her passing sparked my interest in my own personal health. After a brief tour in the military, I went to college, and decided that I wanted to help people. I then became a personal trainer. 

My Training Philosophy: Everyone is an athlete, and my job is to help you unlock it. 

My Goal: To help everyone I train become the best version of themselves.

Modifying your eating habits can be challenging, but it may be required to get results. Not to worry...we are here to guide and encourage you step by step.

Step one is awareness. Every Bootcamper is encouraged to download MyFitnessPal to monitor their intake. This app can be easily downloaded onto your phone or computer.
